Jiangyin Tejie Rubber &Plastic Co., Ltd has total investment 80 million yuan, and the building area 15000 square meters. We mainly produce pharmaceutical packaging materials for infusion, antibiotics, freeze drying, oral liquid, polyisoprene gasket and blood collection tube. We are able to produce 3 billion butyl rubber stoppers every year.
The production environment of the factory is clean, with a closed workshop of 5000 square meters. The product pre-cleaning process is in the D level clean area. The cleaning, drying and testing are in the C level clean area, and the inner package is sealed under the A-level laminar hood of the C level clean zone.
We have internal mixer, open mill, Taiwan Dong Yu full-automatic vacuum vulcanization machine as well as our unique self-designed automatic cleaning machine which can make stoppers’ surface much cleaner. We also introduced in high-speed detection equipment, ensure our stoppers’ surface defective qualified rate above 99.9%. With continuous improvement in product technology and formulation, our butyl rubber stopper cleanliness reaches international advanced level. Meanwhile, our stoppers have improved compatibility with medicine. Thus, without silicification, the smoothness of high-speed running is guaranteed in the pharmaceutical factory.
